So naomba ujue kuwa crush diets are not healthy kabisa kwasababu kwanza sukari yangu ilikuwa inashuka sana because nilikuwa nakula kidogo nafanya mazoezi zaidi and that was very dangerous nakumbuka kuna siku nimetoka kukimbia 10k nikahisi kuzimia nakuja kupima sukari ipo 3 yaani i was so scared so ni muhimu kuelewa madhara ya crush diets na pia ngozi yangu ilikuwa mbaya sana yaani nilikuwa najitahidi sana ku moisturise lakini bado ilikuwa haina mvuto mda mwingi ilikuwa inabebwa na make up ???? na pia nilikuwa so weak mda mwingi nina fatigue sana so i stopped huo ujinga kabis a .

Sasa hivi navaaa size 14/16 mwili wangu upo shaped vizuri na ninaendelea kila siku kuutengeneza sitaki kupungua zaidi ya hapo nimeridhika kabisa mimi sina skinny body frame so mwili wangu hauwezi kuwa kama beyonce never ever ???? lazima uwe na target inayoendana na body frame usije ukawa kama a walking zombie maana kila nguo ukivaaa unaoneka kama imetundikwa , uso mpaka unakosa nuru mtu akikuangalia sura inakuwa kama inamzomea ????mambo gani sasa hayo ..
. . So sasa hivi yes mwili wangu unaoneka thicker na abit more masculine and i love it AMKA TWENDE HATA WEWE UNAWEZA –

Wapendwa wasomaji wangu, msifikirie nime bwaga “manyanga” hapana! Niliumia mguu, hivyo kwa muda wa wiki nzima nimeshindwa fanya mazoezi lakini kesho ratiba inaendelea kama kawaida!…….. hata hivyo sikuacha kuzingatia nini ninakula, hivyo mlo ulio kamilika ulikuwa unazingatiwa ? Haya safari inaendelea!

Hello my people! Sijasahau nilikuwa kwanza nafurahia the moment by myself kabla ya ku-share nanyi ? Mwili umeanza kuitikia wito; 5 pounds down ??  Nariganje sasa! Utafikiri nineshusha 20 pounds ? Haki vile najisikia raha sana acheni tu nifurahie hata kwa hizo pounds 5 zilizo toka kwani safari ya miles maelfu miamoja zote huwanzia na ziro, moja, kabla ya kufika huko juu! Kitu muhimu ni kuthubutu, na namshukuru Mungu kwa kunipa nguvu ya kuthubutu! 

Yani hapo nikifanikiwa kuliondoa hilo tumbo aaaaaah! Mbona itakuwa shida aaaaaah ??  Sasa siri yangu mpya, ili kuondoa hicho kitambi nimenunua  hii  ☝”Simply fit board” ngoja niitumie wiki hii yote nione kama itanisaidia zaidi. Yenyewe nitakuwa natumia ndani muda wowote…….. Haya muwe na JumaPili njema!

“Ninagonjeka”

Leo ninamaumivu makali sana ya muscles za mgongo. Hasubuhi ya leo nilipokuwa nafanya mazoezi ya tumbo nafikiri nili pull muscles in a wrong way basi nimekuwa kama mtu niliyepigwa na electric shock jinsi maumivu yalivyokuwa makali! Nimetumia pain killers wapi! Basi jioni hii baada ya mwanangu kutoka kazini kanikuta kwenye maumivu makali mno siwezi hata kukaa wima ?? akaenda ninunulia dawa ya kuchua na pain patches za kuweka. Yani wakati ananichua nilikuwa nalia kama mtoto lakini hata akuacha ndio alizidi kunichua ??    kwakweli maumivu niliyonayo ni makali sana niombeeni ili niweze endelea na mazoezi kama kawaida ?? Nikija pima uzito week hii niwe na jibu tofauti na lawiki iliyopita ??  hilo belt navaa ili inisaidie hata kusimama ni backpain belt………….gosh! Where is my Muhaya ?? I need some intensive massage therapy on my back please you know you are my hiller and my “stabilizer” in times like this ???? njoo Muhaya wangu you know you are the only ‘brand’ am addicted to hata shemeji yangu Ruge anajua ?? Achana na hao wapika majungu na wafiti kwani hawatuwezi sisi “Taifa Kubwa” hata wifi yangu Saida Karoli anajua hilo kuwa hawatuwezi!! Mzee wa “Upako” kasema  watashindana lakini hawata shinda ????? tunemetoka mbali sisi na tutaendelea kuwepo hata dunia ipite ?? Njoo Muhaya wangu twende zetu in that ‘supreme land’ where the magic tricks happen ????? uwiwii!!! Kupendwa na mwanamke wa Kijaluo raha eeh Siunaona the stone rejected by builders has become the  cornerstone  ???…….Niombeeni nipone haraka  ?

Kama nilivyo waambia wiki iliyopita kuwa nitakuwa napima uzito wangu naku-share nanyi kila week. Basi leo nimepima na matokea ni kwamba bado sijaanza kupungua uzito. Labda kuanzia next week ndio nitaanza kuona matokeo. Bado nipo na weight ya LB225 ambazo ni karibia na Kg 92 hivi! Well the journey continues this is going to be my life style now. Guys, huwezi amini najisikia mwepesi, nguvu nyingi mno na very focus. Plus najisikia raha sana kwenda gym kila siku na mwanangu such a bonding moment as mwanangu kazi yake ipo very demanding hivyo muda huu wa gym ndio tuna spend sana pamoja. Sasa hivi katika list ya nyimbo zangu za mazoezi nimemuongeza #Darassa  Pale mwanzon pale kabla mazoezi hayajakolea namsikiliza yeye then zoezi likikolea na baki na Harmonize #IYOLA……..ok tukutane tena wiki ijayo. LOVE and PEACE!

Dondoo za kuuweka mwili wako fit

Haya sasa nitakuwa nawaletea dondoo za kujiweka sawa kimwili kutoka kwa watu tofauti tofauti ambao nitaaona kuwa wanastahili 😉 ……….. Haya leo nawaletea huyu dada, kwakweli simfahamu but I normally check her Instagram kwani huwa ananifurahisha jinsi anavyo jiweka Ain’t she cute! Yani mie nataka nipungue but sitaki hatasikumoja kuwa kama “mode” yani mwili fulani kama wa huyu dada na sio chini ya hapo. Halafu simnajua Muhaya anapenda nyama ya mifupa au mifupa ya nyama ?????? inshort kila mtu ni mzuri kwa style yake but wembamba siyo wa kila mtu kama ulivyo unene. Kuna watu wanajikondesha wanapungua hata ukimuaangalia mvuto hakuna kabisa! Na kuna wanene ambao wanapendeza sana na unene wao jinsi walivyo. Just figure out who you are ndio utaweza kujua unataka unene au wembamba. But in all usiwe OVERWEIGHT or UNDERWEIGHT!
