A poorest street beggar who had no teeth in her mouth, showing a smile of life time, soon after coming from a dental theatre, where she got all her 32 artificial teeth done, under sponsorship of a good Samaritan (name will not be mentioned). Happened earlier today in Dar es salaam, Tanzania….. The simple things that make a difference! Be kind today! Make someone smile today!
